The Alamo City Podcast - Coming Soon!

Hopefully, you've had an opportunity to listen to August 2nd Alamo City Podcast Commercial by clicking on the entry title, "Commercial: Alamo City Podcast" below.

Although the podcast has yet to launch, please know that content preparation is nearing completion. Continued arrangements are being made to allow you to subscribe to The Alamo City Podcast through iTunes. Once The Alamo City Podcast is listed on iTunes, you'll need to follow the instructions listed below:

The first thing you need to do is make certain that you download the latest version of iTunes (version 4.9) from Apple. Both Mac and Windows versions exist.

Once you've installed and launched iTunes 4.9, go to the "Music Store" tab listed in the "Source" column.

After you've logged in, look under "Choose Store" on the left and click on "Podcasts."

Scroll down to "Categories" on the left side.

Next click on "Religion & Spirituality" and then "Christianity."

Finally, scroll down until you find The Alamo City Podcast. (Remember, we're not yet listed there as of this posting. Arrangements are still being made.)

Once you find the podcast, just click on the little "subscribe" button. Just so you'll know, whenever you subscribe to The Alamo City Podcast (or any podcast for that matter) through iTunes, you'll need to confirm your subscription: "Are you sure you want to subscribe to "The Alamo City Podcast"? Click, "Subscribe."

You'll notice that a new category shows up in your iTunes application called, "Podcasts". There you'll be able to see all of your subscribed podcasts!

It's that simple!

In order to check and see if a new Alamo City Podcast is available, you have two options:

(1) - just click the "Update" button in the upper right-hand corner to manually check for updates or, (2) - simply click on "iTunes," then "Preferences," then "Podcasts." Once there you can automate your desired update schedule.
